Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct for CSN’s companies is aimed at establishing the standards for the personal and professional conduct expected in relationships with employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers, communities, competitors and the environment. The code is available to all business partners and is used as a statement of corporate conduct and commitment. Its guidelines are public and can be found on the Company‘s website at www.csn.com.br.

Within its governance structure, the Company has the Compliance area, responsible for the Compliance Program, which aims to ensure compliance with the ethical standards of conduct in the performance of its operations and transparency of business. This process includes the continuous training of employees and third parties as well as the monitoring of compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies and standards.

Act or Material Fact Disclouse And Trading of Share Policy

CMIN maintains a Act or Material Fact Disclosure and Trading of Share Policy, which determines that all disclosures must contain accurate, appropriate and consistent information, in a transparent and timely manner, in accordance with CVM Resolution 44/2021.
