2025 Integrated Report

CSN Mineração announces the publication of its 2025 Integrated Report, reinforcing its commitment to transparency, accountability and the continuous improvement of its social, environmental and governance disclosure practices.

Approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and subject to independent verification, the report covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, and presents CSN Mineração’s management practices, performance, goals and progress over the year.

More than a transparency initiative, the report reflects CSN Mineração’s journey, the results achieved and the way the Company continues to build its future — guided by socio-environmental responsibility, operational efficiency and value creation for all stakeholders.

Among the highlights of the 2025 Integrated Report are:

• An 8% reduction in CO₂e emissions intensity per ton of iron ore, compared to the base year;
• Exceeding the diversity target, reaching 27% female representation at CMIN;
• Improvement in the S&P ESG Score, from 55 to 62 points;
• Recognition as a national highlight in integrity and anti-corruption at the Ethos Awards.
